Cotswold Park Barn Brain Health Retreat
Many people worry about memory loss and dementia as they get older, but the encouraging news is that nutrition and lifestyle choices play a powerful role in protecting brain health.
In this relaxed small-group workshop, nutritional therapist and naturopath Caroline Peyton will share her 8-point framework for supporting long-term brain health, developed from many years of clinical practice and research in nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
During the day, you will learn practical, evidence-based strategies to help support memory, focus and cognitive resilience as you age. We will explore the key foods, daily habits and lifestyle factors that help nourish the brain and reduce the risk of cognitive decline.
This will be an informal and friendly day with plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions. A delicious, nutritious lunch will be provided.
Places are limited to just 8 people, creating a supportive and interactive environment.
You will leave with clear, practical ideas you can start using straight away to support your brain health.
