"Caroline has very in depth knowledge and understanding of her subject and is definitely expert level. I thought I understood what I needed to eat but just wasn’t eating it but she really helped me understand that it was much more complex than I realised and how nutrition was used in my body and why I was experiencing the symptoms I did. She gave me a feeling of empowerment over what and how to eat to feel more energetic and healthy in easy to implement ways that mean its a lifestyle change and not a diet that you eventually fail at. I feel confident now I can eat in a way that I can also role model to my family making changes for all our benefit."

IBS symptoms ARE embarrassing. Anyone who suffers from digestive problems understands the issues.
You might be experiencing symptoms but you're not alone.
Changing your diet because of IBS or digestive problems is one of the most challenging aspects of the condition. But the relaity is you may not need to make such drastic changes after all.
Always being bloated and a dress size bigger by the end of the day can really take its toll on you and get you down. It can change how you dress and how you feel in certain types of clothing.
IBS and digestive problems can have an effect on energy and fitness levels. It can be a struggle to exercise as you did before and leave you feeling fatigued.
Stress can be a major contributor to digestive problems or IBS. It can aggravate symptoms and make them flare up more often which can affect lifestyle choices.
IBS can interfere with your ability to enjoy family meals and get-togethers with friends and to take part in activities. This can lead to a reluctance to join in and feeling left out, as well as stress.
I've worked with many clients to help solve their IBS and Digestive Problems and specialise in Gut Health Solutions.
I wrote this video course based on my 10 years helping clients alleviate their symptoms.
I understand how dibilitating these symptoms can be and how it can affect you living life to the full.
Caroline has literally transformed my life! I don’t say that lightly. I had severe abdominal bloating and stabbing pains, pain in joints, sinus problems, colds, sore throats, poor sleep and was on anti-depressants. I am now living my life to the full, off anti-depressants and I can honestly say it is all down to Caroline’s expertise. Thank you so much!

I met with Caroline after several years of problems with my digestion with which my GP seemed unable to help. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. 12 months later, I feel 100% well. Caroline's assessment was spot on. I still follow her other advice. I can recommend to anyone.

Caroline has really helped me following two painful visits to hospital as well as recommending long term strategies to support my gut health going forwards. Her advice on diet and supplements has been informed and successful. She has also been very supportive and I would thoroughly recommend her.
