How to support Bone Health: The role of Vitamins K2 and D3 together

Not only is each beneficial on its own but, when combined, they create a type of synergy that provides even greater health effects.

Vitamin D helps support bone health, in part, by aiding in the absorption of calcium from the gut and into the bloodstream.

Vitamin K2 is found in leafy green vegetables, fermented soya, egg yolk, liver and cheese.

Vitamin C, deficiency signs and food sources

It has many vital jobs in keeping our bodies healthy. It helps to maintain healthy skin, blood vessels, bones and cartilage as well as helping with wound healing and immunity. It’s an important antioxidant scavenging free radicals that damage cells.
Vitamin C deficiency, or scurvy was more or less eradicated in the past century but cases have doubled in last 10 years!
