Often making only a few simple changes to our diets can result in increased energy levels and improved mental and emotional well-being.
Caroline uses a functional medicine approach. As a fully trained Naturopath- the founders of the modern “functional medicine” – she has expertise in naturopathy, nutritional therapy, iridology, wellbeing coaching and muscle testing. This includes the study of hydrotherapy, bodywork, EFT, Bach flowers, herbal remedies, homeopathy, tissue salts and psychosocial skills.
